Exhibitor Information
The North American Shipwreck & Dive Show™ offers exhibitors Standard Exhibit Spaces and Economy Exhibit spaces. Up to four Standard Exhibit Spaces can be combined together.
Standard Exhibit Spaces can be set up in any manner you wish, within the requirements of our Exhibit Space Rules.
Economy Exhibit Spaces are available for exhibitors who cannot attend the Show in person. Send us your displays and literature, and we will set up and oversee your Exhibit for you!

A Standard Exhibit Space Includes:
- A 10ft. wide x 8 ft. deep exhibit area with one 8 ft. table and a tablecloth.
- All interior exhibit spaces will be provided with an 8 foot tall pipe and drape back divider. Exhibit spaces on outside walls will not be furnished with a backdrop.
- Electricity will be made available to all spaces that require it.
- A link to your URL will be displayed on our website www.shipwreckshow.com and your company name will be included in the program given to every attendee.
- Assistance to set up and tear down your exhibit from our staff.
- Refreshments – coffee, tea, donuts, and bagels in the morning, beverages, snacks and sandwiches during the day, in the Exhibitor Lounge.
- Two complimentary tickets to all the speakers and presentations.
An Economy Exhibit Space Includes:
- Set up and oversight of your display by our staff - you need not be present.
- Assembly of your rigid display materials in the Exhibit Hall.
- Furnishing of small table or stand suitable for displaying brochures.
- Clean up of your display and refills as required during the day.
- Inclusion of a link to your URL on our website www.shipwreckshow.com, and your company name in the program given to every attendee.
- Return your display boards and unused brochures, if you provide us prepaid shipping containers.
Space is limited for Economy Exhibit Spaces so reserve early and make plans to have your materials at our location at least one week before the Show.
Site Information
- The Show will be held at the Jewish Community Center in West Bloomfield, Michigan. The JCC campus is on the north side of West Maple Road at the corner of Drake Road.
- The Entrance Area, Presentation Rooms, and Snack Shop are all located on the same level, and are just half a flight of stairs from the Exhibit Hall and Pool.
- The Exhibit Hall is large, well-lit and has a 30 foot ceiling.
- Banner ads up to 4' by 8' can be suspended from railings surrounding the entire Exhibit Hall and Entrance Area. Banner ads and special opportunities are available through Show Sponsorships.
- An Olympic-sized pool is available for product demonstrations and "Discover Scuba" sessions. Exhibit spaces in the Pool Area are limited, so act now to reserve your location.
- Ample vehicle and trailer parking is available in well-lit parking lots.
- Signs will direct you to the exhibitor unloading area at a loading dock on the south side of the Exhibit Hall.
- Let us help you with street maps to the Show and a layout of the interior of the JCC location.
Access Times
- On Friday evening, March 10, 2006 we will begin the set-up process in the Exhibition Hall. You will have access to the building from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- You are welcome to set up your exhibit area Friday night, but although the building is locked and secured after 9:00 p.m., we do not recommend that you leave valuable items in the Exhibit Hall overnight.
- The facility will be unlocked at 7:00 a.m. Saturday, March 18, 2006. Doors open to the public at 9:00 a.m. Please plan to arrive at 7:00 a.m. if you intend to set up Saturday morning.
- Doors close at 5:00 p.m. Exhibit Hall disassembly will follow immediately. The building will be locked at 7:00 p.m.
Miscellaneous
- Electrical outlets are spread out, so please bring extension cords and a plug strip if you need electiric power at your space.
- Very few outside phone outlets are available for credit card machines. If this is a requirement for you we will have to arrange for phone outlet activation at an additional charge. Please allow at least two weeks notice.
- You must provide your own easel and displays.
- We can provide one-person exhibitors with a staff member to sit at your table for rest room breaks.
- The facility has food service near the pool area offering sandwiches and beverages.
- Products may be sold at the Show as long as the seller complies with all state and local laws and regulations, and our Exhibit Space Rules.
