Pool Rules and Guidelines
Exhibitors who wish to conduct in-water product demonstrations or scuba classes can make use of the Olympic-sized pool available at the North American Shipwreck & Dive Show.™
The pool area will be open to the public for four hours during the Noth American Shipwreck & Dive Show,™ from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Six exhibit spaces are available in the Pool area. Pool area exhibit spaces are on the pool deck surrounding the pool, and are approximately 30 feet by 6 feet in size. Pool exhibitors will have exclusive use of their assigned pool deck exhibit space. Each exhibitor in the Pool area will be allowed full access to the entire pool. Pool exhibitors will not be limited to a particular area of the pool regardless of where their assigned Pool exhibit space is located.
Pool Area Access
There will be no charge by the Show for attendees to enter the Pool area, but access to the Pool Area will be restricted to attendees of the Show who sign a separate release at the Show ticket desk. Attendees of the Show who sign the Pool Area release will be given a Pool Area access wristband. No one without a Pool Area access wristband will be allowed in the Pool Area.
Attendees and exhibitors will have access to men's and women's locker rooms equipped with lockers, showers and toilets. These locker rooms open onto the pool deck and can be accessed from hallways near the main Exhibit Area.
Attendees and Exhibitors can also access the Pool Area through separate doors without going through the locker rooms.
Exhibitors can load and unload their displays to the Pool Area easily through nearby outside access doors.
