Privacy Policy

NASDS will not sell, rent, or give away any of your personal information without your consent. It is our overriding privacy principle that any personal information you provide to us is sacrosanct. We do not presume that you are granting us permission to share your personal information with third parties wanting to sell you products or services that you have not requested. In order for us to provide some of the services we do we may on occasion need to provide information you supply us to external parties. When this is necessary we will provide you explicit notice and the ability to opt-out. NASDS may need to purge information from its system from time to time, and does not promise to keep any information beyond what is required by applicable law or regulation.

Why We Collect Personal Information

We collect your personal information only to give you access to our products and services and to keep you posted on the latest announcements, schedules, and events that you might like to hear about.

What Information We Collect

If you purchase tickets or services from us, we may collect personal information relevant to the situation, such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and contact preferences; your credit card information and information about your purchases. If you contact us by email or surface mail we will collect such personal information from you as will allow us to respond to your inquiry. If you sign up to receive our newsletter we will collect information from you about where the newsletter should be sent.

When We Disclose Your Information

NASDS takes your privacy very seriously. We do not sell or rent your contact information to anyone. There are times when it may be advantageous for us to make certain personal information about you available to companies that we have a strategic relationship with or that provide products and services to you on our behalf. These companies may help us process information, extend credit, fulfill customer orders, deliver purchases to you, manage and enhance customer data, provide customer service, assess your interest in our products and services, or conduct customer research or satisfaction surveys. These companies are also obligated to protect your personal information in accordance with our policies. Without such information being made available, it would be difficult for you to purchase products, have products delivered to you, receive customer service, provide us feedback to improve our products and services, or access certain services, offers, and content on the NASDS website.

At times we may be required by law or litigation to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary.

Corrections to Personal Information

NASDS will correct or update your personal information as soon as you bring a mistake or correction to our attention. Whenever possible, we will give you an opportunity to review and change any information you provide to us. If you notice a mistake in the information you provide us, you can always revise it. This can be done either online or by contacting us directly.

How We Protect Your Personal Information

We take precautions — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Our online ticket purchase service through PayPal™ uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. To make purchases through PayPal™, you must use an SSL-enabled browser such as Safari, Netscape Navigator 3.0 or later, Mozilla, Firefox, Opera, or Internet Explorer. Doing so protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it is transmitted over the Internet.

You can help us by also taking precautions to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. Change your passwords often using a combination of letters and numbers, and make sure you use a secure web browser.

Cookies

Our website does not use cookies.

As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We will not use the information collected to market directly to that person.

In some of our email messages we may use a "click-through URL" linked to content on our website. When a customer clicks one of these URLs, they pass through our web server before arriving at the destination web page. We may track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. If you prefer not to be tracked simply avoid clicking text or graphic links in the email.

Notification of Changes

We will always maintain the overriding principle that we will not sell, rent, or give away any personal information you share with us without your consent. We do not believe we will need to change that principle going forward. However, if we do change the policy in a material way a notice will be posted on our website along with the updated privacy policy.
